It achieved BREEAM Outstanding and surpasses the 2050 CRREM Energy Use target. It uses less energy, is more profitable and symbolises dedication to sustainable development and responsible tourism. The hotel serves as a prototype for sustainability in the hospitality community and has created a sustainable, industry-leading benchmark for new builds.
