Tim has worked in the hotel industry for over 40 years. The last 20 have been focused on developing hotels & expanding international brands. Zeal Hotels was established in 2012, and since 2019, our efforts have been centred on designing a more sustainable hotel concept both in terms of construction & operation.
We anticipate opening the first Zeal Hotel in Q1 2025 and a healthy pipeline will ensure additional Zeal Hotels will open over the coming years

Tony has over 30 years of experience working for main contractors in the UK construction industry, the last 13 of which have focused on the hotel & aparthotel markets.
In the last ten years, while with Zeal Projects, Tony has been working with various brands, including Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Travelodge, Staycity, Roomzzz & Quest Aparthotels.
