Michelmores Property Awards 2025 shortlisting
We're delighted our voco Zeal Exeter Science Park has been shortlisted in the Leisure & Tourism Project of the Year category at the Michelmores Property Awards 2025.
The awards celebrate exceptional property, construction and development projects across the South West. These awards have long-championed sustainability and innovation and place social, environmental, sustainable and economic values at the heart of the judging criteria.
Congratulations to all the projects shortlisted; SeaSpace, The Mole Resort and The Lookout and we look forward to attending the ceremony on 2nd July with our partners RED Construction Group South West.
