Boyer Planning on their contribution.

Boyer assisted with an application for a 120 bedroom hotel in Bridgwater, Somerset for Zeal Hotels, which was approved at planning committee.  A robust justification was required for the development in this location under the national and development plan policy ‘tests’ for town centre uses. Boyer provided a Planning and Economic Statement to support the application, including a detailed sequential assessment which demonstrated that there were no suitable available sites within the town centre. Boyer also successfully demonstrated that the scheme would not have a significant adverse impact on existing hotels within the town centre or the overall vitality and viability of the centre.
